First, let me start with an apology about this picture. This is Julian and I having dinner close to midnight last night, after working for hours on his bike. A muscle fatigue for using heavy tools combined with a couple of beers (shell I say non-alcoholic beers) seriously detreated my aiming capabilities for taking good selfies. Needless to say, this is the best pic of the three I took.
Julian is a dear friend, a very fine and thoughtful gentleman and, of course, very passionate about motorcycles and touring. We met many years ago at the bike dealership and since then we became very good friends and riding partners. Over the years Julian met many of my friends which led to new friendships.
When Julian heard that Sasa was planning Idaho BDR trip, he immediately jumped in. He always wanted to do this trip and this was the perfect opportunity to join a couple of like minded people. Coincidently, he just got his new bike, which needed a bit of work to get it ready for the big trip and that’s why we were burning the midnight oil with the tools in our hands last night.

Both, Sasa and I are thrilled to have Julian joining us for this trip. He is fun to ride with and he takes great pictures (hopefully some of them will end up in this blog).
Cheers to Julian!
cheers to Julian!!
